O2Worx can provide direct OEM aftercare support to clients — offering technical advice, OEM spare parts and the option of remote support capability via TeamViewer, all delivered by the team who built the chamber.
Our team designs every critical chamber system in-house — including the pressure vessel, control systems, HMI software and electrical systems. This means each O2Worx hyperbaric chamber is built for purpose and we are the single OEM.
How we work

O2Worx hard-shell hyperbaric chambers are designed, engineered and manufactured in the UK.
Working with clients around the world, our team at our facility in Scotland designs each hyperbaric oxygen chamber to the exact specifications required, without reliance on overseas suppliers, and typical construction time is 12-14 weeks. Following installation and commissioning, O2Worx clients also benefit from direct technical support from the engineers who manufactured their chamber.

Each chamber can be customised with company branding and other aesthetic options.
These can include wraps and decals, interior lighting, upholstery options and more — offering you control of the entire experience for users.

O2Worx is an engineering company, and every hyperbaric chamber we manufacture undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets health & safety, quality and regulatory standards.
These include pressuring, sound testing, temperature testing, safety system testing, software updates and thermal imaging of electrical components. We adhere to the key regulatory frameworks in industrial equipment manufacturing, including Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (2014/68/EU) and Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, as well as EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and electrical safety standards.

O2Worx hyperbaric chambers are shipped in convenient modular format to clients worldwide.
This helps reduce shipping costs and means we can assemble and install hyperbaric chambers in locations where space and access constraints mean traditional chambers cannot be delivered. If existing buildings are not suitable, we can advise on assembling new, purpose-built structures to house your O2Worx hyperbaric chamber.
